Tonkatsu Sauce

A sweet and tangy sauce that pairs perfectly with tonkatsu (Japanese fried pork cutlets)


1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon ketchup
1 Tablespoon onion (grated)
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.  Adjust ingredients to taste.
