Ponzu

Uwajimaya | Ponzu Recipe
A citrus based sauce used in Japanese cooking.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Yuzu (a Japanese citrus) or Lemon Juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Dashi Stock or Chicken Broth

1 Tbsp. mirin

Preparation

Mix ingredients together.

Use as dipping sauce or added to soups, dressings or marinades.
