Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine)

2 Tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Mix ingredents togther and use as marinade.
