4 cups cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 package of ramen, crumbled or any other packaged instant dried noodles
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon ginger root, grated
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions, toasted sesame seeds and ramen noodles.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the rice vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, pepper and ginger root.
Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
