4 oz sushi grade tuna
2 oz cherry tomatoes
2 oz cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 oz salad vegetables
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp Lee Kim Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp water
1. Mix tuna with oyster sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Heat oil and pan-fry tuna on each side for about 30 seconds until golden. Remove from pan, let cool, and then slice.
2. Place vegetables in center of plate, Arrange tuna on top, Mix dressing and pour over everything before serving.
