1 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 cup Pork, sliced very thin
1/2 cup Gobo (Burdock Root), slivered
3 Aburage (Deep Fried Tofu), sliced and rinsed
1/2 cup Daikon Radish, slivered
1/4 cup Carrots, slivered
1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced
5 cups Dashi
1/2 cup Miso
Heat pan with oil and saute pork
Add vegetables and dashi.
Bring to a full boil.
Whip in miso and garnish with green onions.
