Miso Salmon

Uwajimaya | Miso Salmon Recipe
A quick and easy meal! Salmon fillets are marinated in miso, mirin, soy sauce and sesame oil and baked to perfection.


2 Salmon Fillets (6 oz ea)
2 Tbsp White Miso
1 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil


Mix miso, mirin, soy sauce and sesame oil. (Adjust to taste if needed).  Place salmon in marinade, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Line baking sheet and place salmon skin side down (shake off any excess marinade as miso can burn easily).

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until slightly carmelized.

Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onion and serve with rice.
