Suimono Clear Soup

Ingredients

3 cups Dashi (prepared soup base)

1 tsp. Soy Sauce

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Sake

Preparation

Bring soup stock to a boil, turn off heat, add salt, soy sauce and sake, serve while hot. Optional: Mushrrons, kamaboko (fish cake), clams, boiled chicken, daikon, sprouts our tofu cubes may be added.
