Almond Float

Uwajimaya | Almond Float Recipe
A refreshing, creamy and lightly sweet Chinese dessert. Tastes great served with fresh fruit.


1 envelope gelatin (such as knox)
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1-2 teaspoons Almond Extract


Heat gelatin in water until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in sugar. Add milk and almond extract, stir well.  Pour into 8″ pan, chill overnight. Cut into cubes. Serve with fruits.
