Nappa

Nappa, also spelled napa, is a type of Chinese cabbage that is widely used in East Asian cuisine.

Nappa is a versatile vegetable in Asian cooking.  Nappa is popular in hot pots, in stir-fries and pickled. Nappa is pale green and white in color and its leaves tightly wrapped.
