Ghee
Ghee is a form of clarified butter which is used in Indian cuisine.
Ghee is made by simmering butter until the milk solids have separated and then strained. It has a high smoke point, which makes it perfect for stir fries or other high heat cooking. Ghee does not need refrigeration and can last a month if kept in a dark cool place. It is highly nutritious and is rich in fatty acids that are said to help with digestion, the immune system and weight loss.
