Tuna Poke in Sriracha Mayo

Cubes of sashimi grade tuna marinated in a slightly sweet and spicy sriracha mayo dressing.


1 lb tuna (sashimi grade)

4 oz avocado, diced

1 oz onion, julienned

1tsp mixed black & white sesame seeds, toasted

Seasoning Sauce (Dressing) 

4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo

2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

2 tsp. lime juice


1. Dice tuna into half-inch cubes and set aside.

2. Mix ingredients for seasoning sauce.

3. In a bowl, combine tuna, onion, and avocado with the seasoning sauce and carefully mix until tuna is evenly coated.

4. Garnish with sesame seeds and it’s ready to serve.
