Garam Masala

A blend of ground spices that is used in India, Pakistan and throughout South East Asia.

The spice blend will vary by region, but will typically contain a mix of Black and White Peppercorns, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Black and Green Cardamom Pods, Bay Leaf and Cumin. Lightly toast the spice blend, before adding it to your dish, to relase its flavors and aromas.
