Deli Cook - Full Time

The Deli Cook’s responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our customers.  Deli Cook’s responsibilities include: prepare ingredients for daily productions in Deli, occasionally cook special items as needed, ensure that quality food items are available for Deli sale and arrange attractive displays of food items. He/she will help control inventory and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and back room while following company’s safety standards.

Meat Service Counter Clerk - Full Time

The Meat Service Counter Clerk will provide excellent customer service to our patrons by providing customers with information on special cuts of meat, portions, recipes and menu suggestions. He/she will prepare and maintain marinated meats for the service counter. Stock and face the self-service case with packaged products. Seafood Manager - Full Time

The Seafood Manager’s responsibilities are to manage the Seafood department by ensuring that the Seafood team is trained in all aspects of their job, including preparation of products, customer service and safety. He/she will establish goals and create an effective, efficient seafood operation by providing leadership and direction through open communication, coaching, training and promoting a positive work environment. He/she will coordinate the production and sales of the seafood products and ensure quality of standards, product movement and gross profit achievement. He/she will ensure that all seafood products meet the company's guidelines as well as federal, state and county regulations and standards.

• Minimum of 3 year management experience.
• Knowledge of seafood and seafood cutting experience required.
• Able to work flexible days, opening and closing shifts required.

Gift Clerk - Part Time

Meat Cutter - Journeyman - Full Time

Meat Cutter is responsible for preparing traditional and specialty cuts of meat products to our customers.  He/she will provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers and provide them with information on special cuts of meat, recipes and menu suggestions, portion recommendation and cooking techniques.  He/she will insure proper quantities of items are received against invoice/packing slip and/or order sheet, and rotate stock in the cooler. POS Pricing Coordinator - Full Time

The POS/IT Coordinator is responsible for monitoring pricing, signage and maintaining BRData batches for all departments. He/she will coordinate with RCS (Retail Central Services) on store's pricing needs. He/she will maintain the scanning FM guns and assist with any special events or requests needed by the store.

Cashier - Part Time

Maintenance Specialist II - Full Time

The Maintenance Specialist II responsibility is to repair various equipments and machineries as requested by the Branch Managers, such as: live tanks, coolers/refrigerators, freezers, ranges, telephones, etc…. He/she is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in overseeing, maintaining, and conduct price comparison of supplies from different vendors. Food Service International (FSI)
Billing Clerk - Full Time

The Billing Clerk’s responsibility is to input information for all orders to generate pick slips, bills-of-lading and shipping labels for customers’ orders. Make necessary adjustments to the orders as needed. He/she will reconcile invoices with pick-slips and file all invoices. Input products price changes and revise purchase orders as needed. He/she will ensure all customer accounts are updated. Assign accurate general ledger account and vendor numbers to each invoice. Check for extension requests, verify invoice amount and correct any errors against receiving voucher. Record/log all checks and cash received from customers. Assist sales department and other office projects as needed.

• Excellent customer service.

• Proficient in Microsoft office and basic computer functionality.

Merchandise Assistant - Full Time

This position is based out of our Corporate Office

The Merchandising Assistant’s responsibility is to assist the buyers in purchasing process in the Merchandising department. He/she will maintain items/suppliers database and the FSI website with current and products, prices and promo/event information, etc… Communicate with customers through FSI website and social media. Distribution Clerk - Full Time - Graveyard

Note: This job is based out of the Uwajimaya corporate office.

The Distribution Clerk’s responsibility is to prepare shipments for local delivery or common carrier. He/she is responsible for checking incoming merchandise, loading and unloading trucks, stocking products in the warehouse and inspecting equipments for safety while following company’s safety procedures.

•Must be 21 years old or older, have a clean driving record and able to drive a 16-24 box truck
•Must possess good command of English, good customer service and communication skills.
•Must be certified to operate a forklift and rider/pallet jack.
•Must be skilled in basic math.
•Able to lift up to 75 to 100 pounds.
•Must be able to read and follow maps.
•Must be able to work graveyard hours
