1 lb. Prawns, peel & decain, retain tails. Score undersides.
1 lb. Fish Fillets, sliced in 2 inch pieces
1 Small Yam, pealed and sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Small Zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch think
1 cup Tempura Batter Mix
3 cups Oil for deep frying
Prepare prawns, fish and all vegetables.
Prepare Tempura Batter Mix according to the package.
Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer at 350˚ F.
Dip shrimp and vegetables in batter and deep fry.
Serve with tempura dipping sauce.
