Often eaten with tea, daifuku are Japanese sweets made of soft and chewy balls of mochi (steamed rice cakes) that are traditionally filled with a sweet red bean paste called anko or an.

These Kubota Melon and Strawberry Daifuku Mochi aren’t filled with red bean past, but fluffy cream and fruit jelly. They're also available in many more flavors, like coconut, matcha and chocolate.
