Mizuna

A relative of the mustard plant, mizuna is used in Japanese cuisine in dishes such as salads, stir-fries, and hot pots.

Mizuna have a mild peppery flavor, similar to arugula. It’s glossy, serrated, dark green leaves and narrow white stalks makes it a popular garnish.
