Uwajimaya Seattle Cooking Classes

Uwajimaya is pleased to offer cooking classes from NuCulinary cooking school. The experienced instructors at NuCulinary offer a wide variety of classes focused on recipes from Asia. The small, personal classes are taught in the Uwajimaya Village demonstration area.

Class registration is through NuCulinary only. There is no registration at Uwajimaya. All evening classes are 2 to 2.5 hours long (unless otherwise noted) and include recipes and samples of all items. Chefs reserve the right to change menu offerings based on product availability.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel for a full refund up to one week prior to class. Your reservation is transferable. In the event of a class cancellation, NuCulincary will notify you by phone and you can transfer to another class or receive a full refund.
