raw green mangoes (chopped)
1 Tsp. cumin seeds
1 Tsp.
coriander seeds
2 red
chilies (finely chopped)
3 Tbsp. fresh mint or
cilantro (coriander) leaves (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp. oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
Makes 6 - 8

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Roast the
cumin and coriander seeds and the chilies for a few minutes. Remove and
place in a blender with mangoes, salt, mint/cilantro and some tablespoon
water. Grind to a smooth paste.
