Mango Bread

style : Hawaiian

Ingredients:

2 Cups flour
2 Tsp. Baking soda
1/2 - 1 Tsp. salt
1 Cup sugar
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1/2 Cup raisins
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
3 eggs, Beaten
2 chopped ripe mangos
1 Tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation:

 

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees F. for one hour. Cool for 20 minutes.
