1 lemon, juice
1/4 Tsp. garlic salt
1/4 Tsp. pepper
1 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup finely chopped onions
1/4 - 1/2 Cup bread crumbs

Preparation:
Makes 6 servings
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Rinse fish and
put in a baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice on fish. Sprinkle with garlic
salt and pepper. Mix mayonnaise and chopped onions then spread mixture on
fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20-25 mins.
