1 bunch fresh spinach
1/2 Cup Fried
chow mein noodles
1/4 Cup boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 Cup bacon, fried & chopped Dressing:
1/4 Cup Natural
rice vinegar
1/4 Cup. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp.
soy sauce
1 Tbsp.
sesame oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Makes 3 - 4

Wash and dry spinach then tear into smaller pieces. Place all salad
ingredients into a large serving bowl or individual servings. Prepare
salad dressing. Pour on desired amount of dressing just before serving.
