Crush sesame seeds in processor or blender. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise,
water, soy sauce and garlic sauce and process or blend till thoroughly
combined. Transfer to bowl and stir in water chestnuts. Cover and
refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with an assortment
of raw vegetables such as red and green pepper strips, snow peas, broccoli
or cauliflower florets and baby carrots. Or serve with crispy snacks such
as miniature rice cakes, pita wedges or pretzel sticks. |
