Japanese Spicy Grilled Tofu

Ingredients:
1 cube (16 oz.) tofu 1/4 Cup. flour 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
marinade
1/4 Cup soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root 1/2 Tsp. ground chili pepper 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. mirin

Preparation:
Cut tofu in half crosswise. Cut each section into 4 equal rectangles. Drain well. Dust with flour and pan fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Bring marinade sauce to boil; serve with grilled tofu as a dip.
