2 cups cubed cooked Chinese-style barbecue pork or ham (optional)

hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. Hot Chili Garlic Sauce
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Ground
ginger
1/2 cup Chopped green onion

Preparation:
Makes 8 servings
Combine all
ingredients except green onion in 3- to 4-quart baking dish. Cover and
bake in preheated 425°F oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, stir once and bake
an additional 5 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green
onion, if desired.
