Bagoong Alamang

Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic crushed

1 small onion sliced

1 small tomato sliced

4 Tbsp. Alamang (unfiltered fish sauce)

1 Tbsp. Oil

Preparation:

 

Sauté garlic, onions and tomato in a little oil. Add Alamang. Sauté for another minute.
