Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

4 oz. boneless chicken, sliced thin

4 cups assorted sliced vegetables (onions,

carrots, celery, broccoli flowerettes)

1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts (optional)

1/3 cup stir fry sauce*






* - Stir-fry sauce is available in sauce aisle

Preparation:

Serves 4

Heat frying pan and add 1 tbsp. oil. Stir fry chicken until done, approximately 2 minutes. Add all vegetables; combine and cook for 1/2 minute. Add stir fry sauce and continue cooking for 1 minute or until vegetables are crisp and tender. Serve with hot steamed rice.
