Seafood Fried Rice
6 oz seafood mix
2 oz green peas and diced carrot
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
2 Tbsp green onion, chopped
1 bowl rice, cooked
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Bouillon
1. Add 1/2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Bouillon to seafood mix and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Add oil to a heated pan and suate onion until fragrant. Add seafood mix and stir-fry. Add eggs into stir-fry and cook until halfway done. Add rice, green peas, carrot and stir-fry to combine.
3. Add remaining 1 Tbsp Concentrated Chicken Bouillon, water, green onion and stir-fry well. Ready to serve.
