,

Ingredients

20 lumpia wrappers
1 Tablespoon oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. ground pork
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup green beans, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, minced
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups oil for deep frying

Preparation

Heat a frying pan over high heat and add 1 Tbsp. oil. Cook ground pork until the pork has cooked all the way through.  Stir in garlic, onion, carrots and green beans. Season mixture with soy sauce and salt and add remaining ingredients and cook until combined. Allow mixture to cool.

Lay out one of the lumpia wrappers.  Spoon 3 Tablespoons of the filling in one corner of the wrapper.  Fold the corner of the wrapper up and over the filling and then fold in each side.  Roll up,  keeping as tight as possible.

Deep fry at 350 degrees F. until golden brown.
