Brown Braised Pork Belly
10 oz pork belly (cut into cubes)
6 - 8 slices of ginger
2 oz Lee Kum Kee Braising Sauce
10 oz water
1. Heat oil and saute ginger until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry.
2. Stir in water and Lee Kum Kee Braising Sauce. Cover until it comes to a boil.
3. Continue to cook for 45 minutes on medium heat until pork belly is fully cooked and tender. Then turn the heat to high until the suace thickens and it's done.
