Almond Float

Ingredients

1 envelope gelatin (such as knox)

1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1-2 teaspoons Almond Extract

Preparation

Heat gelatin in water until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in sugar. Add milk and almond extract, stir well.  Pour into 8" pan, chill overnight. Cut into cubes. Serve with fruits.
