Meat Manager - Full time

Essential Duties:The Meat Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of the Meat Department by ensuring that the team is trained in all aspects of their job, including preparation of the products, customer service and safety. He/she will establish goals and create an effective, efficient operation by providing leadership and direction to employees through communication, coaching, training and promoting a positive work environment. He/she will coordinate the purchasing, production and sale of meat products to ensure quality standards, product movements and gross profit achievements. Ensure that all meat products meet the company's guidelines as well as federal, state and county regulations and standards.

Qualified cadidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Minimum of 3 years Meat managerial experience required.
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cutting all types of meat products.
5. Knowledge of meat and meat cutting required.
6. Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and merchandising required.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. Able to frequently lift up 35-50lbs and occasionally lift up to 100lbs.

Seafood Manager - Full Time

The Seafood Manager’s responsibilities are to manage the Seafood department by ensuring that the Seafood team is trained in all aspects of their job, including preparation of products, customer service and safety. • Prior retail experience required and knowledge of Asian products preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and merchandising required.
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills.
