The Deli Cook’s responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our customers. Deli Cook’s responsibilities include: prepare ingredients for daily productions in Deli, occasionally cook special items as needed, ensure that quality food items are available for Deli sale and arrange attractive displays of food items. He/she will help control inventory and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and back room while following company’s safety standards.
- Must have good command of English, excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior knowledge of food production and operation of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Must have excellent knowledge and skill of Chinese and Japanese cooking.
- Ability to manage own time to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Possess good oral communication (bilingual helpful), and a positive attitude.
